Brand Everything!

Simply stated, ”If you like it, then you shoulda put a name on it!” That’s my adaptation of a Beyonce line, remember the song Put a Ring on it? Name, Ring, e.g. Really, begin with the end in mind. I bet if your great idea takes off you will be glad you did because branding it presents the opportunity to expand, or repeat under a recognizable NAME. Simply stated. Hmmm….maybe I should brand that.

When a pair of shoes becomes popular, the best shoemakers create a collection - tadaaaa, now we have Jordans, Yeezys, ZeroGrand by Cole Haan. You see where I’m going? Follow me. Essentially, familiarity and association breeds loyalty. What brands are you loyal too? Are you waiting on the latest collection to be released? That makes you loyal. Well, take a page out of their playbook - and give it a name.

Don’t just host a party, host a Spring Garden Party and tell everyone to wear their best church hat (or their mom’s). I’m thinking about a fundraising idea and working on a theme so that it’s repeatable and people can get excited about getting involved.
